Hardware Version: Archer C50 v6 00000001

Model:Archer C50(EU) Ver:6.0

I have CAT5 cable, no modem,

I plugged the cable into the blue WAN port. Internet light is off. Doesn't light up.

Previously it did work for sometime before stopping to work again.

Internet working- cable works when plugged into laptop.

Router has been configured properly.

I have Static IP. MAC cloning doesn't help. WAN port is okay checked.

Need solution ASAP, not troubleshooting. Please help me please!

@Sanandan

Try setting C50 WAN port as Dynamic IP and test.

If that doesn't work, you may call your ISP and ask them for help.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@terziyski

Didn't work. Stuck at connecting.

Moverover I have Static IP provided by my ISP.

Didnt expect his method to work anyway.

Any other solution?

Anyone else having this same problem?

@Sanandan

Is it possible to try another CAT 5E or CAT 6 cable into the WAN port of the C50? Try to reset the C50 to factory defaults, reconfigure it from scratch, then check again if the LED will be on.

If still no luck, it is suggested to reach out to the local tech support to check if they can troubleshoot further or help with the replacement.
