Hello,

I've tried to connect my Macbook Pro 2015 to the Deco X20 and it connects on the Macbook but doesn't show up on the Deco list so I don't get any internet connection. I have a full connection just without the internet. I've had to connect to my main modem to connect to the internet on my Macbook without any problems.
 

I've tried deleting the network and reconnecting and still no internet connection but I can connect to Deco but doesn't come up on the Deco app. I've reset my modem and two X20's and that hasn't worked. Also, i've turned off the 5G feature and that hasn't worked.

All other devices like my TV's, Consoles, Mobile Phones & Tablets have connected fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
