m9 app new phone register
Hi,
My m9 works fine. and my app on my sumsung a51 also. but I want to reinstall the app on another a51 and it keeps complaining about user/password when I connect. Do I have te reregister a phone? how?
I reinstalled the app on the new phone but the same issue happens again.

Hi, on the new smartphone, you need to log into the same email and password as the old phone.
Then there is no need to set up and once you logged into the same account, the Deco Mesh network would show up automatically;

What is the error message when you failed to log into the new phone?—can I have a picture of the error message?
By the way, you are using the same TP-Link email account, right?
Did the same email and password still work fine on the original phone?

on the old phone everything is working. but I reinstalled the app, now I have to wait for a blue pulsing led but it is green (it is allready working and configured).
