Hi,

 

Strangely, my iOS devices including iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro can't download anything when connected to any of the Slave decos. It works fine if I connect to the primary deco. I have tried to look at the logs and this is what I see.

Can someone please help? This is very annoying and a weird issue.

@AtulN 

Hi, could you please help me check the following details as well:

1. Did only IOS devices get affected, the android and windows devices are working fine with both primary and salve Deco units?

2. Would there be an error message when the websites failed to load?

Please also turn off the Mesh Technology as well as the fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP to have a test;

Yes, only iOS devices are affected. Windows and Android devices are okay. When downloading anything on Macbook Pro, I get "Failed - Network error". I have tried restarting all the Decos and tried the disabling other options too but the issue still persists.

Have you tried to change the DNS as well:https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1855/

@TP-Link No I haven't tried changing the DNS. It's set to Dynamic.

 

Do you want me to try changing it and then setting back to Dynamic?

@TP-Link Can someone please assist urgently on this matter?

 

I am now unable to download any files as well on iOS devices and can't update applications on my phone.

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

The case has been forwarded to the senior engineers already for further assistance.

Since they did not work on the weekend, the case has not been taken over until yesterday.
