Good evening!
 I wanted to ask you if the TP-LINK M7650 v1 can work without the battery, just connected to the charger.
 If not, and the battery has to be inside, does it matter if the router is almost permanently connected to the charger? And finally, what specifications should the charger have?  Can any mobile charger be used?

Yes any power adapter or powerbank 1A port, without battery not work any modem MiFi...
