My Deco S4 device wasn't connecting to my network.  I restarted the device but still didn't connect.  I reset the device to try to add it but when I tried to install the device it would not connect to Bluetooth using the Deco App.  I deleted and reinstalled the Deco app on my phone and now when I try to add a Deco by pressing the little + sign in the right corner I get the error "Unable to add Deco. Please try again later."

 

Any idea how to get the + sign to work again?

Hi, I checked the cloud server via your TP-Link ID and there are Deco M5 and Deco M4 as well as the Deco S4 under the ID;

So was this Deco S4, the only Deco that you failed to add into the Mesh system?

What is your current Deco APP version and may I know the model number as well as the operating system?

Would it be possible to record a video clip about the configuration process?
