Hi!
 

I've been using my Deco M5 (3 Pack) for about 3 years now and about a few months ago, I started to lose internet connection though out all my devices everytime I connect my PC (power on/login). I would end up rebooting the deco each time I turn on my PC. This problem does not occur with other devices.

 

I tried connecting my ethernet directly to my modem and it works fine.

 

Hope someone could help.

Hi, For your case, could you please help me check the following details as well:

were you able to reproduce the same issue every time the PS is connected to the Deco?

May I know the model number and operating system of your PC?

When the Deco started losing connection, would the LED turn red?

Did this laptop work well with Deco before?

And once the PC was disconnected or unplug from the Deco, would the internet connection restore at once?
