Model: Archer A10
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 0.9.1 v005f.0

Have an Archer A3150 V2, not A10.

Our home wifi network has disappeared on some devices such as e-readers and baby camera, which it was perviously connected to and worked. It is working fine on cellphones and computers. Tried rebooting connection, devices and adding a guest network. The network was never hidden. My modem is about 10 years old, but don't think that's the issue because internet connection is fine. Would this be a hardware issue? Do I need to upgrade?

@HW2000

The model of the router would be Archer C3150, please confirm.

If the network only disappears on some special devices, it might be the wireless channel or security of the network that devices doesn't support. You can try to modify the wireless settings on the router, such as the 2.4G channel (1/6/11) and channel width to 20MHz, security to WPA2-PSK, AES, then reboot the router and the e-readers and baby camera.
