Firmware Version: 2.9.4

My Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 seems to be experiencing intermittent signal whenever I connect to the mesh. All other devices are working fine even my 2015 Acer laptop. Tried updating everything but it's still the same. Pings time out every few seconds so zoom calls are very bad.

Did the laptop have an unstable issue no matter it connects by Wi-Fi (2.4+5ghz)or Ethernet cable?

Please turn off the Mesh technology of the laptop on Deco APP to have a look;
