Cannot blacklist device (iPhone)
There is an iPhone in my network that shows up in the Deco app as an "UNKNOWN" device.
The problem is that it cannot be blacklisted:
- The app doesn't show the 3-dots option in the cog menu when the device is selected.
- The device doesn't appear in the list of clients on the blacklist section.
I'm using the iPhone app version 2.9.6.

I can see the option to add the device( no matter it is online or offline) to the blacklist:

@TP-Link I have a similar issue, I can block an ios device but they seem to be able to connect themselves again, under a different name. Sometimes the name is UNKNOWN but that's not necessarily the case. That particular iphone does not run the deco app, it's a regular client like any other device where blacklisting works fine. I have a list of about 10 names which is basically the same iPhone. I run 9.2.24 deco home software version.

Hi, I think it might be caused by the private address on the mobile device.
You could try to turn off the private address and blacklist this device again.

@TP-Link I was looking for the option in the deco home app, but I see you have to do this on the ios client device. In other words, they can bypass blacklisting whenever they want ??

Hi, the private address will change the MAC address of the device to bypass the blacklist.
But I tested several times that the MAC address will not keep changing all the time, two at most.
So if both MAC addresses have been added to the blacklist, the device will still be blocked.
