need help, i forgot my WIFI password.Already try to many time. And install apps Tether, when try to enter log in password,suddenly all the connection device are disconnected. Need help. router model Archer AX-50. Calling tplink support center but its like the number is not in used anymore. Appreciate your kind help.
Are you able to login to the router web interface via Google Chrome browser? If yes, that means the login password should be correct. Try to disconnect from the network and reconnect on the phone, ensure there are no Parental Control settings for the network or device, then check again if you can login to the router via the Tether app.
But if you cannot login to the router via web browser with the password, you will need to reset the router to factory defaults to restore the password to the default, which is admin, then create your own again.
