@Synth92 Hello,

Do you mean the adapter could see all the Wi-Fi signals but will not connect to router's WiFI? May I know the Error message?

You could try to connect a WiFi host spot on the phone,or create a Guest WIFI on router for the adapter, could adapter connects to it?

@Solla-topee It sees all the signals but does not connect. The error message is "Unable to connect to network". I tried with my phone's hotspot (relying on cellular) and it does the same.

@Synth92

Try to delete Wi-Fi profile and connect to router's Wi-Fi by manually put wireless password :

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/918/

Try a different Wi-Fi channel on the main router, and try wireless security type WPA/WPA2-PSK, turn off 802.11ax or WiFi6 or roaming smart connect etc.

Uninstall current driver and try the chipset TL-WN823N V2:

https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191129/Driver_RTL_8192EU_TL-WN823N_V2.zip

Below is the instruction to manually install driver: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/

If problem still exists, may I know the model of router, can I have a photo of router's WiFi settings,  please help check the computer motherboard info and send us the photos, thank you:https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/
