  @Vintage-MR600

A few points here to consider ..........

1. These antennas are usually a compromise over an LPDA antenna, but this one looks impressive.

2. 18dbi is good, but is does not state the gain at all the other frequencies, usually the highest gain is at the top frequency stated.

3. It states +- 90 Deg instead of +- 45 Deg

4. The LMR240 Coax cable has twice the loss of LMR400 Coax cable which is a big problem at these higher frequencies.

Hope this helps.

2. It would be good know what the gain (dbi) is at the lower frequency, i.e. at 700Mhz, as that's one of the main frequency used here in Australia, the point I am trying to make is that they should give the gain figures of other frequency splits, not just the maximum dbi gain of 18.

Here is an example of another antenna spec, 9 - 20dbi (+-2) well that's now a lot of difference from the bottom to top frequency gain when your working out if your antenna system will work or not.

3, Why +- 45 & not +- 90 Deg

So +- 90 Deg is Vertical & Horizontal and not +- 45 Deg, as required for 2X2 MIMO operation.

@vk3hjq I see thank you for the explanation, he has this Specifications, I think this will answer the 2?

Also I requested Return/Refund for the item I almost spend $200 for all crying can you please help me find antenna that works for me? I'm currently using MR600 V3,  this is the popular shopping site in our country shopee philippines and lazada philippines

This is my distance from the tower. the redmark is my location which is "Main1" the opposite is the tower location from cellmapper. "Station1"

my location has a lot of coconut trees but can see the tower clearly with just 12meters pole.

I can also buy Hyperbolic or Parabolic if its good for me. please help me john.

If your only 0.34ml (0.55km) away & you can see the tower then a wet piece of string will work.

As long as the antenna/s has some gain (the higher the better) & you use good low loss coax it should work fine.

Did you read all my article on LPDA's, these antennas work good, a Dish is even better, you just need to find the right 1 for your local tower/s there, you must have a local Electronics shop there that can help you with Antennas & what works, I only know about the Australian 1's.

Yes I read it, I also use Lightning Arrester and 6mm Grounding Cable. it is okay to change my current antenna to Hyperbolic or Parabolic Antenna?

Oh yes, they have more gain, just make sure you use good quality low loss coax like LMR400, otherwise it defeats the purpose, meaning that all the gain (dbi) in the Antenna is lost in the coax (db) feeding the Antenna, as you can see from the chart below the higher you go in Frequency the higher the losses are & also try to keep the coax runs as short as possible too.

Another idea was just to tilt that other antenna you have from the Vertical postion to 45 Degrees, that would work too.
