I recently purchased a C6-Archer router. 

 

When I connect the router to the output of my optical modem, it is not working. (PPPoE connection)

 

however when I connect to the output of an existing router (Dynamic IP)  it is working fine.

 

I called so many times to your support center in past but nobody picked up the calls.   finally when I reached out to flipkart (from where I purchased the Modem) they asked me to write to you (email).

 

Kindly help me to sort out this issue ASAP.

Do you mean you choose Dynamic IP on the old existing router, and the internet is working fine? If that is the case, you need to choose the same connection type on the Archer C6, which is Dynamic IP.

 

If that is not working, please try to clone the MAC address of the old existing router to the C6 WAN as follows, then check again:
