Hi, was it the first time to set up the satellite Decos？
After the factory reset, could the Deco turn blinking blue?

Or the satellite Decos are able to be set up but they constantly dropped from the main Deco and turn blinking red?
If it is the second case, could you please help me check the following information:
1. How often did it repeat?
2. When the connection dropped, how could you restore the connection?
It would be highly appreciated that you could provide more details.
