Hi, I didn't see any log file provided before, you could compress the .txt log file and upload it when reply this post.

If possible, please provide the screenshot of Status page to show the errors(pkts) as well.

Hi

 

I have the same exact problem on archer vr400 v3 EU it used to get fixed by a reboot or turn off turn on but recently it become worse after rebooting problem still exist i tried inatalling the latest update multiple times and hard reset nothing workes please release update to fix this the last update was a year ago

 

as you can see only few minutes I am connected and the errors are going up really fast

I'm having the same problem with the AWFUL W9960 V1 that my ISP provided. And quite curious that V1.2 gets this patched, but not the V1. These are the two recent screenshots I got, of the web gui on my modem router. The runtimes and the SS dates can be seen...

The phenomenon description regarding this issue has been updated on the post marked as recommended solution: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/273730?replyId=625572, please double check if your case is really the same and downstream errors raise up to 100000 or higher.


If not, it is actually not this problem, please start a new thread to provide detailed problem description for analysis.

 

If it is this issue but problem still exists after installing the beta firmware, please provide the following information:
1) The model number as well as the hardware and firmware version of the modem
2) The internet service provider and the specific DSLAM information which you could get from ISP

3) Did you contact your ISP to check the line? And do you have any other DSL modem avaialble for testing on the same line?
4) Detailed problem, such as whether speed drops to 1/10 compared to previous speed and whether it recovers after rebooting. 
5) When the issue happens, log in to the web-based interface of the modem. Check DSL Status. Please take a screenshot of the Status page for further help.
6) How often does the issue happen?
