Router archer ax50 restart

Comprei um router ax50 à 2 semanas e sempre que faço o speedtest by Ookla pela app do telemóvel o router reinicia.
Acho esta situação estranha ...
O firmware diz que está atualizado , desliguei o Qos mas nao resolveu

Do you mean running the Speedtest on the Tether app on the phone will caused the router to reboot itself? Is it possible to take a video showing this issue? Please disconnect all other devices in the network, only leave the AX50 powered on, and the phone connects to the network, then run the speedtest on the phone app. Thank you.

Does it restart every time when you run speedtest on the phone? Or does this actually happen occasionally? Is the LAN connection still working on the AX50 when the wifi disconnects on the phone when you run speedtest? To be honest, I don't think it's necessary to run speedtest frequently if the internet is working fine.
Just to be sure, what's the brand and phone OS? What if you run speedtest on a computer or another phone with different manufacture?

sempre não mas se insistir 2 ou 3 vezea seguidas ele reinicia.
E sim as lan deixam de funcionar ..o router desliga mesmo e volta a ligar.
Concordo que nao seja preciso mas é um bug estranho que nao devia de acontecer ainda mais com uma app externa.
O meu telemóvel é um samsung s8. Nao experimentei pelo computador nem com outro telemóvel.
Acabei por pedir a devolução na amazon e vou dar um upgrade para algo melhor como ax90
