Should I keep my AX6000 now that I have a pair of Deco X90's (AX6600)? Should I operate both X90's as access points? If so, does one have to be wired to the AX6000? I also have two RE650's (AC2600) range extenders that I hope to do away with because they do not support MESH.  I want to operate a true MESH system (not One MESH).

If you suggest not using the AX6000, do I plug my Internet cable into 1 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps on the X90?  I will also have to add a switch into one of these since the Deco X90 does not have LAN ports.

@JoyriderBC

Hi

Since AX6000 is a OneMesh router, it could not be used to create the same Mesh with Deco X90.

TP-Link OneMesh™ VS Deco Mesh: What's the Difference?

Then, the only suggestion would be not using the AX6000.

It is the internet bandwidth that decided  1G or 2.4G port on Deco X90 should be connected to the modem.

So if the total bandwidth is less than 1G/s, you could plug the internet cable to 1G/s of X90.
