Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel.55037
Hi, I have a TPlink AX-50. An IP camera is also connected to this. If I want to operate this IP camera, I often get an internet drop and stop, for example, streaming on TV or iPad.
It seems like the IP camera wants to have too much bandwidth but the ip camera moves right after my command but the images are very slow.

What can I do about it?

What is the brand and model of the IP camera? Is it a cloud-based camera?

How about other devices in the network, are they accessing the internet fine? If it is only the camera failed to be accessed, we would suggest you seek suggestions from the camera support, ensure their cloud server is functioning properly.

You can try to change the Internet DNS server on the AX50 to be something like 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, just in case, this is caused by the DNS resolution.

"Only when I operate/turn the IP camera there is a network drop."

--Does it mean when you turn on the camera, you will experience a network drop on the devices connected to the AX50 network? How about the internet LED status on the AX50, is it still green on?

What's the IP address of the camera, is it using a static IP address or it is obtaining the IP from the AX50 automatically? Please confirm if it is still displaying correctly in the router Client List when it drops, what's the IP address.

Was this issue happening when you first install the AX50 in the network, or it happens recently? Was the camera working fine before? It's suggested to contact the camera support to confirm if there is anything we can do on the router to make it connect properly.
