Hi my wifi extender TP-Link TL-WA850RE N300 is dead not working and under warrenty please help to replace

@Sreenu Hello,
You could try a different wall socket for the range extender and try a factory reset:
RESET: with RE powered on, use a pin to push the reset hole until all the Leds flash once.
If the above does not work, it is recommended to contact the retailer or our local support to check warranty:

@Solla-topee Tried everything not working also called hotline they said they will get back to me and its been a week no update I bought it from amazon.
i have emailed i called tp link number there is no positive response
