Hi there,

 

I've been using my extender perfectly fine for the last few weeks, however my MacBook Pro is now not getting internet access even though it's connected to the extended WiFi network.

 

My iMac that I have next to the MacBook Pro is working perfectly fine.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Please make sure TL-WA850RE firmware is up-to-date (select hardware version first before download corresponded firmware)

Can you check the IP address when Macbook Pro connected to Extender's WiFI / Router's WiFi and share a photo? Does it work fine with main router WiFi?

May I get the chance to know if the MacBook Pro get Internet from extender right now? New firmware should fix the issue,

@Solla-topee  Apologies for the delay — I'm struggling to download and install the firmware. It won't let me login into the TP-Link via a browser.

I do have the app though if that helps?

 

With regards to the IP address, my Macbook isn't even connecting to the network anymore so I can't obtain the IP address.

It does work with the main router though.
