My wifi speed is so slow and from previous 15 day it is not working and now it is not connecting to any mobile phone.

Be more specific and in detail when describing an issue you are experiencing, then the community will help you better.

What's the model of the TP-Link device, is it a router or access point? You can find it on the device's bottom sticker.

How about the internet LED on it when there is no internet? Follow this guide to troubleshoot if it is a wireless router:
