Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.4.3

I currently own an HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer which is connected to my AC1200 wireless Home Network.

All devices can access internet connection, however when I want to print/scan through the wireless network created with the AC1200, the printer can't be reached.

I have to toggle my connection between the AC1200 wireless connection and the wireless router installed by my Internet Provider.

Is it that this printer is not compatible, or how can I overcome this technical issue?

Hi, I have seen your questions in the other post.

Could you please provide a picture of the network topology, such as:

ISP---<wire>-main router--<wire>----Deco M4 ----<wireless>Deco M3W*2

Where is the printer connected?

Did you set up Deco M4 as the wireless router?

If your main router is the DHCP server, you could set up Deco as the access point.
