Hello all, I've just bought and installed a TG-3468 and expected my network speeds to improve but they haven't!

When I look at the status of the new network adapter it says Speed 100.o Mbps and when I look at the properties of the network connection it says "Link Speed (Receive/Transmit): 100/100 (Mbps)".

I'm quite aware that there may be bottlenecks elsewhere in the network, but I wanted to make sure at least one end was working optimally before I start diagnosing the rest.

Is the speed in the network adapter status the current negotiated speed, or the maximum available speed?
