Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20210524 rel.40909(4555

My issue is that I have a External HDD connected as media sharing server, but the HDD is always on it doesnt stop even when its not in use

Hi, it seems you are requesting the same as cata2k2k in this post.

As we replied there that the AX20 doesn't support the USB standby or spindown feature now. We will record this request and feedback to the dev team for consideration.
