Network does not appear on notebook

Network does not appear on notebook. Maybe the notebook does not suport the wifi technology of the Deco x20?

Thank you for your reply. My wifi board is Intel(R) Wireless Dualband AC 7265. I updated the driver and everything work again.

Hi, the Wi-Fi 6 is backward-compatible with Wi-Fi 5 so there might be something else.
May I know the model number and operating system of the notebook?
Could you please also help me run a simple test:
1. enable the guest network for 2.4ghz only with a different SSID.
2. check whether it is visible in the notebook.
