Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I've recently installed a Deco x60 twin pack, all my wifi devices are working fine with the exception of my Sensibo Sky air conditioning controllers.

They now appear offline regularly, previously they would be online all the time when we had our old Orbi RBR 50, only change has been upgrading to the Deco X60.

I've kept the same SSID and WPS key as before.

The Sensibo Sky controllers come up as Texas instruments devices, see attached.

What can I do to resolve this incompatibility with the Deco x60.

Thanks,

@ldco1

Hi, the device name could be changed, and did you customize this name before?

Could you please also turn off the Mesh technology for the controller?

@TP-Link I've disabled mesh technology, for the three Sensibo Sky devices, i've also restarted the main Deco X60.

Thanks for the tip about the name of the device, I've renamed them to match the name i have for them in the Sensibo app.  Should make it easier to find in the list of online devices.

Will now just need to wait to see if the drop outs happen again.

Also is there away of forcing a device to use the Deco X60 that is on the same level as the Sensibo, we have two X60's and the sensibo wants to connect to the X60 on the level below instead.
