Hi, nice to see you again.
Hi, did this error message show up quite often?
Have you tried to update the driver on the laptop and desktop to have a look?
Could you please refer to this link and help me check the system info and driver info on the laptops?
How to check driver version of TP-Link adapters and system information of your computer?

Thanks, but I have no driver for tp-link on my laptop or my computer. As it's accessing via wifi, I didn't know I had to... Nothing on the paperwork implied that I needed to.

Also, my Deco app says I am currently up to date. Build is 1.1.3 Build 20201228 Ref 55057.
None of which makes any sense to me! Sorry, I'm not techie and have managed to set everything up without a problem, it's just in the last 2-3 weeks that I've been randomly getting this message.. Thanks for any help.

Hi, the FAQ guides you to check the wireless adapter info and driver info on your laptop and it doesn’t matter which driver you used.
Because other devices are working fine, we tend to think there might be something that needs to be changed on the computers.
At the same time, please also refer to the following suggestions:
1. Turn off the Mesh technology on the Deco APP for the laptops.
