Region : UnitedKingdom

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 0.6.0 1.1 v0005.0 Build 121016 Rel.48690n

ISP : Demon

Hi,

I'm having problems with my LG Nexus 4 not being able to connect to my TD-W8968. I've had the Nexus replaced
and the problem is the same with the replacement.

The TD-W8968 has been faultless so far, I have several laptops that connect without issue. The ADSL performance
of the device is also great, far better than my D-Link DSL 624T on the same line.

I've just switched back to the DSL 624T and the Nexus 4 scans and connects immediately.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Steve

Type in DNS addresses in router configuration.

The DNS setting are picked up automatically from my ISP. I've just checked they are correct.

The Nexus 4 does not list the router SSID. Its as if it's out of range even though I'm only a
few meters away from it. All my laptops connect fine.

It's not a norm ;)

The Nexus 4 does not list the router SSID

You have to change country or channel in router configuration (wireless)

Hi

I've managed to fix it by changing the wireless settings on the router to the same values as my old D-Link DSL 624T

Wireless Basic Settings -> Mode "11bg mixed"
Wireless Basic Settings -> Channel 6

Nexus 4 now connects instantly.

Cheers, Steve
