-- :mad:The customer support hotline is never getting hot , not even a single time out of 40 tries they attended the call.

-- The Email support is pathetic - they not even creating a ticket for support request which they receive .

Anyone with solved solution for the same issue please help , I need it to up very urgently.

I've checked all tries for the APN error it shows in log.

Thanks

Try this firmware: http://uk.tp-link.com/Resources/software/TL-MR3020_V1_121129_UK.zip

Switch to manual APN settings.

Also don't use usb cable, but plug 4G stick directly to USB.

2013-04-30 14:10:47
I have replaced TP LINK TL MR3040 with new one yesterday. & tried to connect reliance netconnect+ ( Model: AC2737 ZTE). But fails to connect it with the default firmware 3.14 4 build 121017 Rel.66268n

Then I have updated firmware with 3.15.2 build 130327 Rel. 14730n (beta) & reboot device ; that also fails to connect it

Need assistance on this.
