Can I use TD-W8960N an additional router with my ISP bell router. Will it increase my speed and range of internet in my home. If Yes how I can do it. Thanks.

i suppose the internet speed is decided by the ISP and the bell router. The wifi range might be increased if the tplink one is stronger than your bell router, comparing wifi parameters etc.
