Just bought the router in Hong Kong to connect to my Mac. Typed in http://tplinklogin.net/ and everything is in Chinese with no link that I can see to change it to English. Is it possible to change the language?

It seems that it is router sold in main land of China.
You can contact the tech support to verify whether you can change the language from Chinese to English. The email address is : fae@tp-link.com.cn.
Note: They can provide English service.
