Range Extenders Support OneMesh/EasyMesh in AP Mode

Hey everyone!
We got some feedback from our community users requesting for Range Extender to support OneMesh/EasyMesh when works as an Access Point.
Currently, OneMesh/EasyMesh is not supported when the extender is set to Access Point Mode. However it is planned to support EasyMesh over Ethernet Backhaul under Range Extender mode.
It will start with RE315_V1 and gradually be added to other EasyMesh-supported extenders.
RE315 Supports EasyMesh Over Ethernet Backhaul
Note:
1. An extender needs to support EasyMesh (over Wi-Fi) first, then supports EasyMesh over Ethernet Backhaul.
2. Ethernet Backhaul only works when both your main router and satellite extender support EasyMesh over Ethernet Backhaul.
Other Mesh Options:
Option 1: Deco mesh system supports Ethernet backhaul under both Wireless Router and Access Point modes.

I guess it’s time to say goodbye to TP-Link products — for good.
We’ve been waiting for years for this one feature to be implemented, and yet only a couple of range extenders have received an update to support it.
At this point, I’d strongly recommend everyone consider switching to other brands like Asus or others that actually support this feature out of the box — as they should, especially when it’s part of the marketing.
I used to love TP-Link products, but the fact that such a basic, highly requested software feature still isn’t available across the RE lineup is just disappointing.
Goodbye, TP-Link. I hope you treat your customer base better in the future.

Just bought a second router to extend my WiFi network over two floors and found out, to my dissapointment, that OneMesh doesn't support Ethernet connection.
I fully support, just like all comments before me, Ethernet backhaul implementation, and the sooner the better.
For now, I'll revert to using two separate WiFi networks until Ethernet backhaul is applied, but seeing as this thread is already 4 years old, I won't hold my breath for TP-Link to come through.

This is a key feature when extender can be located in a weak wifi area.
