  @Solla-topee

I have a TP-Link AX90 router and hope TP-Link will develop a Range Extender AX6600 with Ethernet backhaul support.

Or that you can use a Deco X90 as a Range Extender with Ethernet backhaul, together with the AX90

AX6600 Wi-Fi 6 Router
Hardware: Archer AX90 (EU) v1.0

Firmware versie: 1.1.8 Build 20220321 rel.13967(4555)

And until then, please with the:

AX1800 Wi-Fi Range Extender
Hardware: RE605X v1.0 (EU)

  @Solla-topee

I currently have an AX11000 router, RE505X, RE603X and RE315 repeaters, but connection is rather poor/slow at the bedrooms due to too many walls in between. I already have run ehternet to the rooms where I must have fast and stable connection. Having reliable WiFi in all rooms in my house is highly desirable and I, like many other users, would greatly benefit from Ethernet backhaul capability for the OneMesh devices.

Please add Ethernet backhaul capability to your line of OneMesh routers and repeaters.

  I would really like it if all current products that support onemesh could be given a firmware update that allows Ethernet back haul on all of them as I would like to buy a new router but am currently not because of the fact that this feature doesn't exist, ideally the ax6600 or the ax11000 should get this feature as well

I would get deco if it didn't make me get rid of all ky

current new infrastructure and the fact that getting enough to cover every nook and cranny of my house would be prohibitively expensive

I gave up waiting for this feature : I switched to one Deco X50 3-set pack.

Now, I have what I missed : the ethernet backhaul on all satellites (not only the main satellite) + the mesh feature in AP mode.

  @Solla-topee would really like this feature as it would allow me to extred the range of my network even more.

if my extender is placed right on the outer limit or even ourside the range of my main router it is not able to extendt the network.

but if a backhaul option with onemesh support would be added i could go from the extenders network to the man network seemingless at the points where the extender network overlap with the main notwork.

this allows me to place the extender further away and therefor create a bigger network, and not be limited in the placement of the extender.

the option of placing it in AP mode and calling the networks the same will force my devices to stay on the same AP until its completely out of range. so i am having a bad connection even if im right next to a AP, becuase is happend to be closer to another AP, that is now nearly out of range to begin with.

  @Solla-topee

Please add Ethernet backhaul support to OneMesh. A wired connection will provide a more stable connection between the router and the extender AP. Given the extender has a network jack, I expected this functionality to be included.

My setup

Router: Archer AX55

Extender: RE550
