@Lox

Can we have the whole system log on the AX50 after the auto-reboot? Please send us the settings for the 5G network you modified to which you thought caused the router to reboot itself, a screenshot would be appreciated (you can mask personal credentials such as network name and password).

What kind of modem is attaching to the AX50 WAN? What's the model? As per the log you attached, it seems that the AX50 disconnects from the modem/internet, can you confirm the LED status when you mean it is rebooted? A video about the issue would be great.

this is when i use ax wifi6 and makes it reboot randomly

this is if i use wifi5 ac connection before

this is the modem i connected it too

so the problem is sometimes when i use my devices, i got this message from tp link in my browser, your wan connection is disconnected, i still connect to the router but it didnt connect me to the internet, and it happened a lot like 3 times/day.

i need to wait like 3 mins to get connected again.

sometimes i need to do hard reset the ax50 router as my isp modem still working just fine and i can connect to internet with it but not through the ax50 wan.

i already use brand new cat5 lan cable and also use original power supply comes with the router and the result still the same.

Re:Ax50 keep rebooting randomly

Fyi: i already use this router for over a years now, i changed it from ac7 which is working properly and has no problem till now, i changed to ax50 for the wifi6, when i set ax50 for the first time its already rebooting a lot and did a lot of factory reset, one times i changed the setting of 5g connection to ac only and i use 2.4g with ax wifi6 connection without any problem. But the point is compared to 5g the 2.4g connection is way slower like half the speed. So i try to turned it back to ax connection for the 5g, it proven the speed is way faster and i enjoyed the speed but it keep rebooting over abd over again. Please help cos i want to use this router for wifi6 on 5g connection
