Hi,
If the IPV6 protocol is enabled, the Parental Control lock stops working in the Archer C6.
Does anyone know this problem?

Dear kevin Follows the return of tplink support " Dear Customer, Now Parental Control is only based on IPv4 address, and cannot work for IPv6. But we have forwarded it and added it on the optimization, our RD will try to optimize this module further, many thanks for your suggestion! Best Regards " Grateful for The help

Does it mean the Parental Control settings are working properly if the IPv6 is disabled on the C6? Who is your ISP, and what kind of modem are you using with the C6?
What are the detailed Parental Control settings on the C6? We may need to confirm.

R:Exactly, if IPV6 is disabled in C6, parental control works normally Who is your ISP, and what kind of modem are you using with the C6? R:ISP = TIM Modem:TG588v V2 (Technicolor) on bridge mode What are the detailed Parental Control settings on the C6? We may need to confirm. R:The test setup is simple, just a device (mac-address) and block content keyword = youtube
