I cannot find them, and contacting has not had much help. I'm in the USA. Is there a place to buy these, or is there something from another company that would work?

No, they're not. A cursory search for the TL-SG1048 shows that the mounting ears use 3-holes and not the standard 4-hole layout. That is why I am asking here.
