Hello!

 

Have a regular (every 1-2 days) router reboot with this error: Traffic Statistics INFO [6962] Clear all stats because time changed.

 

What I was trying to do:

 

  1. Different time configuration
  2. Turn of/on SmartConnect, OFDMA, TWT, OneMesh and all other options
  3. Different Transmit power and channels...

 

no results.

 

System log is attached.

 

Any ideas?

Please check if you enabled the Reboot Schedule on the router. Disable it, then confirm.
 
Are you using the original power adapter that came with the router? What is the spec, is it 12V 2.5A?
 
When did you purchase the router? Does this auto reboot issue start when you installed it, or it happens recently?

1. I purchase router around 3 month ago... and have problem almost after unpackage.

 

2. Of course scheduled reboot is OFF. The reboot with this error is random.

 

3. Original AC adapter is used. Rechecked it - 12V, 2.5A.


I had long chat with my local support (Ukraine), but they only recomended to turn on/off some functions and config the scheduled reboot )))

 

I need help... can't work with this problem (have a lot video meeting).
