I try to install TP-Link Deco X60 Mesh Wi-fi system (3 X60 Deco). 2 of the X60 working but we cannot connect the third one. (the blue light blinking but not counting).
I reset it but it still has the same problem

Hi, here are some suggestions:
1. make sure you can see the default Wi-Fi network of this Deco is broadcasting, such as Deco_xxxx.
2. temporarily connect it via Ethernet cable to main X60 or satellite X60 and search on the APP again. if it could be found, the cable could be disconnected later.
And is this the first time you try to set it up?

Hi,
After the 3rd Deco turned to red again, would a restart make it back to green?
How long have you had the Deco X60 kit?
Could you please send me a private message about your TP-Link email account for Deco and the MAC address of this unit?

yes, after restart it turns green.
This is new. I have it for about 3 weeks and the problem occurred from the first installation.

Thanks for the information.
Did you reset this Deco(E5AC) already since now it did not bind to any email?
By the way, is it still connected to other units via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?
How often did it drop the connection and turn red?
Since you have 2 satellite units when you are available, could you please try to swap the location of the two satellites to see whether the issue followed with a specific Deco unit?

I reset and reconnected the Ethernet cable as you said earlier and after that I unplugged the cable.
Now it is connected Ethernet cable (the blinking light changing between yellow red).
some times 10 to 15 mints and some times couple of hour.
I swap the location of the two satellites stile same problem.

Hi, thank you for your update.
I am afraid this unit might be defective and it needs to be replaced with the shop retailer.
