Parental controls not working

Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.3

I'm unable to get parental controls to work on a granular level.

I've got two profiles set up, one for each of my children with their devices identified in each profile.

I used to be able to disable one profile but not the other, however, recently this hasn't been working.  If parental controls are enabled, neither one regardless of whether they're set to access allowed or access denied, has access denied.

So I can only turn internet off or on for both profiles at the same time.

Previously this was working and it recently stopped.

I have some black listed sites, but no time controls set up in the profiles.
