Hello, I am facing speed issues via WiFi connection, I am using a Archer C6. My ISP gives me 100 MBPS as per contract, but I can get only 20 MBPS through wireless. By Dial Up connection, I get the speed of 100 MBPS but not through WiFi. I have about 4 devices using on my Wifi. 1 laptop and 3 mobile phones.

@Abhishek_Katare Hi there, I think your router is having some problem. Just buy a new router or replace this one. That will help for sure. Thank you.

Hello, is the computer connected to the 5G network when you are testing the wireless speed? Are the 2.4G and 5G sharing the same SSID? If the Smart Connect is enabled and 2.4G and 5G are sharing the same SSID, try to disable Smart Connect and set up different network names for the 2.4G and 5G, then connect the computer to the 5G network to check if the speed is better.


You can also try to modify the wireless settings on the router to find a less congested channel if the speed drop is caused by the interference of the networks. Go through the following article to review the settings on the router:
