Hello I have M9'S that i use as an access points (I dont use the wifi from my main router) I want to add a WPA 7517 kit, do I conntect via data cable to the M9 or to main main router ?

Hi, since your Deco M9 plus is on the access point mode, normally it has no huge difference when connecting to the main router or main Deco.

Unless you wish to use the powerline to create an Ethernet backhaul, then it is suggested to connect behind the main Deco, such as:

ISP router----main M9--<cable>PA7017~~~~powerline~~~~WPA7517—secondary M9

PS: I noticed 7517KIT is OneMesh compatible and In case you tend to create a seamless Mesh among M9 and 7517KIT, it is suggested that you could have a look at this link:
