Hi!

I can control my hue bulbs via iphone home control and in hue app while im in my network.

But when im not in home, i cant control my hue bridge because bridge is cannot reach internet connection. i did port forward 80 and ip address reservation but i cannot reach at all.

Hi, it is more like the remote control of the Hue bridge has not been enabled.

Before using Deco, did you still have the same issue?

Or if you switch off the Wi-Fi and use mobile data on the smartphone, are you able to control Hue bridge?

And I searched from the internet, there are no additional settings required on the Hue APP to allow remote control.

Have you ever contacted Hue bridge about what might be the problem?

@TP-Link Yeah, before using deco as a router i could use it from the hue app out of my network. 
When im trying to enable out of home control of hue, the app says hue bridge is not reachable but i can control in my home network and app says hue is online.

Hi, I tend to think it is more related to Hue bridge itself.

Have you ever checked with Hue support to see whether they have any clue about this issue?
