Firmware Version: v2.9.24

I have just purchased a Reolink argus 3 pro that is 2.4 / 5ghz

I am trying to connect it to my Deco M5 but it fails to connect.

My M5s are setup as wireless routers

I have tried everything from disabling beamfording and fast wifi.

Tried 2.4g and 5g only and tried changing SSD name and passwords. Trying both routers (I have two).

Nothing works

Hi, Here are some suggestions for you:

1. enable the guest network for 2.4ghz only with a different SSID.

2. delete the current wireless Deco profile on the smartphone and connect it to the guest network.

3. set up the Reolink camera again with your smartphone.
