Screen time limits not working

I've set up parental controls for my kids and all of their devices, but the screen time controls don't work. They seem to have unlimited screen time, and they seem to be using their devices after bedtime.

Hi, were you able to reproduce the same issue on different devices?
Have you checked the insight>online time to see whether it is always much more than the Daily time limit?
--if yes, please send me some screenshots about it.
Then please also send APP feedback via Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestions and add APP log.

When I look at the screen time insights it shows zero minutes. That can’t be right because I know they have been on their phone. In fact it’s very strange because mine says 11 hours for today, but the rest of my family is on zero.
