In App Tether - login failed to Archer C80

Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: latest

I have an Archer C80, when I restart it, I can control the router in the local network in the Tether application. I can't log in from another network, I see the router in the application as a cloud device, but "login failed"

 

where is the mistake
