Firmware Version:

After à reset when I enter the usine user et pas word in tether the application crashes

What can I do.

May I know the model of your phone and Andriod or IOS version, can I have short video of if app crash? You may share via google drive, thank you!

1. Make sure the Tether app is up-to-date, force close app and reopen it.

2. Factory reset extender and install it from scratch, you could try Web page page to install the extender as the guide here:

RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once.
