UB500 - Magic Mouse doesn't work after power down
We recently purchased a large number of tp-link UB500 Bluetooth USB adapters to connect a Magic Mouse (Apple Mouse) to a number of Windows Systems in our companies showroom.
Connecting the mouse via Bluetooth works very smoothly. However, as soon as you turn the mouse off and on again, the connection is lost. The only way to get it working again, is to 'forget' the device and pair the mouse again.
We have installed the latest available driver and still the same result.
The 'Apple mouse' is listed as a known working device in TP-Link's list of compatible devices.
We know it is not a problem with the Magic Mouses as this behavior is not seen on a different bluetooth adapter.
Has anyone seen this before? or have any ideas for us to try?
