So I have the UB500 which was working fine with Windows 10. When I did the upgrade to Windows 11 it no longer works. When you go into the add a device screen and select bluetooth the whole screen freezes up and you need to ctrl alt dl to close the window.  Because of this i did an inplace downgrade to Windows 10 and it started working again without a problem.  I decided to upgrade back to Win 11 to see if it was just a bad install but again the same thing happens in the same place.

I have seen a couple of posts around the place of the same issue happening with Windows 11 and thie bluetooth adapter freezing there but never any solution.

 

Anyone able to help?

Hi, the official driver for UB500 did mention it supports Windows 11 as well.
