My ethernet port doent work and before couple months does....btw i change my router

Did you reinstall the extender since you've changed the router, could other device get internet from Extender's WiFi network, how about the Led status on extenders?
For TL-WA850RE, the Signal LEDs should light up, if wifi network works fine, please change a different Ethernet cable, try a different pc or wired device and check internet.
If wired connection does not work, is there any error or yellow exclamation mark or red cross on the right corner of your computer?
